About The Position

Infiniti of Tacoma is seeking a Service Lot Attendant/Porter to join our busy and growing Service Department. No automotive experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training along with opportunities to grow into future careers as a Service Advisor, Automotive Technician, or other service department roles.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

Safely park, move and organize customer vehicles throughout the service drive and dealership
Support service advisors and technicians with workflow efficiency
Wash, vacuum, and prepare Infiniti vehicles for customer delivery
Assist with shuttle driving and customer transportation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
Help ensure smooth daily operations in a busy dealership environment
