The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our high-performing service team. Requirements
- Customer-focused, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Prior customer service and/or sales experience required
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus
- Spanish bilingual preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet service customers promptly and professionally
- Answer service calls and schedule appointments
- Communicate repair needs, estimates, and timelines clearly
- Coordinate repair orders with Technicians
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Recommend additional maintenance or services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate service records
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience-every visit
