About The Position
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee. This role is crucial as a liaison between customers and technicians, presenting vehicle repair recommendations. The Service Advisor will actively provide excellent service and suggestions to maintain customer vehicles. This is an opportunity to join one of the country’s largest and most successful automotive dealership groups, affiliated with over 25 new vehicle brands and 50+ dealerships across seven states, employing over 3,500 people nationwide, offering significant growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Tech Savvy- able to learn and utilize technology
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
Nice To Haves
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs
- Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates
- Provide exceptional and timely communication-keeping customers updated throughout the process
- Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
- Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
