About The Position

We're looking for a top-performing Service Manager who knows how to run a high-output shop, maximize technician productivity, and deliver consistent results. This role is for someone who understands how to drive hours per RO, maximize technician output, efficiency, and proficiency, and maintain clean shop flow while eliminating downtime.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running a high-volume dealership service department
  • A highly organized, team-oriented leader who keeps the shop operating efficiently
  • Strong ability to maximize technician output and shop productivity
  • Numbers-driven mindset (efficiency, proficiency, ELR, hours/RO)
  • Confident leader who coaches, develops, and holds team members accountable
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • GM experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Shop production: technician output, efficiency, and total throughput
  • Dispatching & workflow: organized RO flow with zero bottlenecks
  • Performance management: holding technicians accountable to clear metrics
  • Profitability: labor gross, ELR, hours per RO, and overall shop performance
  • Quality control: minimizing comebacks and maximizing first-time fix
