Automotive Sales Specialist
About The Position
Smart Luxury is growing and looking for motivated Sales Specialists who enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and earning based on their performance. As part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, you’ll join a family-owned organization with 24 locations across 5 states and opportunities to grow your career. This role involves building relationships, creating an exceptional customer experience, listening to customers to help them find the right vehicle, presenting vehicle options and payment solutions, following up after the sale to build long-term customer loyalty, and connecting customers with the Service Department for their ongoing vehicle needs. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
Responsibilities
