About The Position
Gurley Leep Kia is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team! As a Sales Specialist, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle in our no-haggle sales environment. You’ll build relationships, listen to customer needs, and guide customers through the purchase process while providing an exceptional experience. You’ll also follow up after the sale to build customer loyalty and connect customers with our Service Department for their ongoing vehicle needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
