Automotive Sales Specialist
About The Position
Smart Toyota of Quad Cities, part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, is seeking a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right vehicle within a no-haggle sales environment. Your responsibilities will include building relationships, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles, and structuring payments to align with their lifestyle and budget. Additionally, you will foster long-term customer loyalty through post-sale follow-ups and by connecting customers with the Service Department for their ongoing vehicle maintenance needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
