Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and create an exceptional Lexus buying experience
- Listen to customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Present vehicle and payment options that fit the customer's lifestyle and budget
- Follow up after the sale to build long-term customer loyalty
- Connect customers with our Service Department for ongoing vehicle needs
