About The Position

Hertrich Kia of Easton is hiring Automotive Sales Representatives to join their team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This role is for individuals who are new to sales or experienced professionals looking to start or grow their automotive sales career. The dealership offers guaranteed training pay, unlimited income potential through commissions and bonuses, paid professional training, ongoing coaching, and career growth opportunities across multiple locations. Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Motivation to succeed and willingness to learn
• Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record

• Sales experience is helpful but NOT required
• Customer service experience is a plus
