About The Position
Sunset Kia of Sarasota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our expanding team. With some of the best hours in the business - no late nights and only one Sunday per month - this is your opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with outstanding earning potential. We are currently completing construction as we expand our dealership to better serve our clients and community. This growth means more opportunity, more traffic, and more potential for you to succeed! Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or are looking to break into the industry, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings drive, professionalism, and a passion for customer service.
Requirements
- Sales experience - automotive sales preferred, other industries welcome
- Internet/online sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work on commission
- Strong English skills

Responsibilities
- Consulting with customers to identify their wants and needs
- Maintaining expert knowledge of new vehicles, features, and accessories
- Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles
- Negotiating pricing and closing sales
- Explaining warranties, features, and paperwork clearly
- Building long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every step
