About The Position

Lot Porter/Attendant opening with our friendly sales department at Sunset Kia of Venice. Our valuable lot attendant/porter is vital to keep our busy, new car dealership running smoothly. We will consider full-time or part-time availability. Must be available Saturdays. $15-18/hr to start depending on experience. Lot Porter-Attendant Duties As a porter for Sunset Kia of Venice, you will be busy transporting vehicles around the dealership and maintaining our sales lot and sales floor areas. Duties range from checking in vehicles from carrier trucks to restocking supplies and everything in between. Much of the work is performed outside on our sales lot or driving. Duties may include: Keep new and used cars lined up in the sales lot Take delivery of new vehicles from transport trucks Check vehicles in the lot for tags, emblems stickers Monitor outside of dealership and keep up appearance, including promotional items Other duties assigned to assist in the operation of the dealership Lot Attendant-Porter Requirements Lot porters at Sunset must be dependable, have excellent driving skills, and a desire to do what is necessary to keep things running. Other requirements include: Valid driver's license and verifiable work history Physical ability to work outside much of the day including extensive walking, lifting, etc. Previous dealer experience a plus Ability to juggle multiple demands and work independently Sunset Automotive Group Benefits We will consider full-time or part-time availability.
