About The Position

Automotive Sales Representative - Acura of Thornhill, Thornhill, ON L4J1A1 Do you enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and achieving goals? As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Acura of Thornhill, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while creating a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. Whether customers are purchasing their first Acura or upgrading to a new model, you’ll be their trusted advisor throughout the journey.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
  • Valid OMVIC licensed
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure every customer interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers.
  • Develop referral and repeat business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM.
  • Build trust through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay current on Honda products, technology, incentives, and promotions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor vehicles and market trends.
  • Coordinate and conduct vehicle deliveries.
  • Review vehicle features, technology, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
  • Introduce customers to the service department to support long-term ownership satisfaction.
