Requirements
- No previous automotive sales experience required.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and earn a competitive income.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work dealership hours, including Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
- Maintain product knowledge on Ford vehicles, financing, and current promotions.
- Work with the sales and finance teams to provide a seamless buying experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
