Requirements

At least 2 years of automotive sales experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment.
Positive attitude and high-energy personality.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license in the state of employment and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models.
Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
Stay informed about product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers.
Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.
