About The Position

We are looking for someone eager to advance their career within a locally family-owned and operated business who can provide positive customer interactions with genuine respect and courtesy. This is a full-time position with a five-day workweek. The salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience. Requirements

  • High school or equivalent required
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • State Sales License
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record

Responsibilities

  • Train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all salespeople
  • Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit
  • Monitors salesperson productivity and performance
  • Orders/acquires new and used-vehicle inventory
  • Displays, merchandises, and promotes new and used vehicles
  • Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
