Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or high-performing Sales Manager experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
  • Proven track record of driving sales volume and profitability
  • Experience managing dealership KPIs and performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, lead management, and customer follow-up
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Competitive drive with a team-first mentality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
  • Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive accountability around lead management, appointments, follow-up, and CRM activity
  • Partner with F&I and dealership leadership to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Monitor key performance metrics and create action plans for improvement
  • Assist with inventory management, appraisals, and merchandising strategies
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork and respect
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
