Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with CRM and dealership management systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales and gross profit objectives.
  • Manage daily sales operations, including lead follow-up, appointments, showroom traffic, and deal structure.
  • Work closely with sales staff to maximize closing percentages and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor CRM activity to ensure timely and effective customer communication.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing sales professionals.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and ongoing performance coaching.
  • Partner with Finance Managers and dealership leadership to achieve dealership goals.
  • Analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused sales environment.
