About The Position

The Tantillo Auto group is currently seeking a AUTOMOTIVE Sales Manager! We are currently looking for a driven, experienced, competitive, dedicated individual that is excited at the opportunity to join and lead a successful team. The right candidate must have exceptional leadership skills and proven record to oversee the operation of the dealership.

Requirements

  • Leadership abilities
  • Proven track record in automotive retail industry as a Sales Manager mandatory
  • Excellent business skills
  • Solid supervisory and leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and growing employees
  • Familiarity with CRM and DMS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee activities of the showroom
  • Hands on active manager that is involved in all aspects of the dealership process
  • Work with sales, and finance management to meet monthly new/used/F&I objectives
  • Motivate, reward and train employees
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Maintain impeccable sales CSI scores
