Requirements

  • Successful experience as an automotive Sales Manager, or a strong Finance Manager ready to step up.
  • Advanced desking skills with the ability to close complex deals and train others to do the same.
  • A high-accountability leader who recruits, trains, and retains strong sales talent.
  • A results-oriented mindset focused on outperforming market expectations while maintaining ethical and compliant business practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-volume sales team across New, Used, and F&I departments.
  • Active desking, supporting T.O.s, and helping set a strong sales pace daily.
  • Balance volume growth with sound, profitable deal structures and compliance expectations.
  • Help oversee the sales funnel from digital lead capture to final delivery.
  • Analyze daily KPIs to strengthen performance and identify local market opportunities.
  • Partner with executive leadership on inventory strategy, forecasting, and market scaling.
