Honda of Boerne is looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team and help launch our brand new, state of the art dealership. The Pohanka Family of Dealerships is firmly entrenched in the Washington DC Metro. Starting as a single service repair facility back in 1919, our group has grown to a family of 20 dealerships throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and Texas. Requirements

Minimum 3 years prior automotive sales managerial experience required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of inventory control
Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
Professional
Strong work ethic
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Responsibilities

Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
Manage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
