Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience with a proven track record of success
A positive attitude and team-first mentality
Strong relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability and willingness to learn new technology, products, and services
High standards for customer service, quality, and attention to detail
Valid driver's license
Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries, set appointments, and build your client base
Welcome customers to the dealership in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner
Help customers select vehicles based on their wants and needs
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Guide customers through the entire buying process from "Welcome" to "Thank you for your business!"
Use industry-leading technology to track customer interactions and follow-up
Become a Ford product expert and confidently explain vehicle features, technology, and options
Educate customers about available financing and financial products
Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
