About The Position

Heritage Toyota Owings Mills, part of MileOne Autogroup, is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead its New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments. Requirements

• Previous automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven ability to close sales.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and improve customer satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, computer software, and internet tools, along with general mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate, mentor, and train the New and Used Sales team.
• Work with the team to maintain sales profitability for new and/or pre-owned vehicles.
• Manage customer retention.
• Establish and maintain performance standards.
