About The Position

Heritage Toyota Owings Mills is seeking motivated Sales Associates to help customers through the vehicle-buying process, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as a trusted resource for English- and Spanish-speaking clients. The role is suited to driven, professional people committed to creating a positive customer experience. Sales experience is a plus, but candidates at all experience levels are welcome, and training is provided. Sales Associates represent automotive brands, develop and maintain client relationships through email, phone, internet requests, and other lead sources, present vehicle features and pricing options, negotiate pricing, and provide service before and after a sale. Employees are expected to conduct business ethically and professionally and continually build product knowledge through training.
