Automotive Sales Manager Leads from the front, has had a high level of success in their career, and is looking to grow with an amazing dealership? We are looking for a person that has experience as a Sales Manager to help run our store. This person must be a dynamic self-starter who can lead our teams to success. Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a Franchise Automotive Dealership
- Must have 1 year of experience as a F&I Manager in a Franchise Automotive Dealership
- Having a valid drivers license
- Acceptable motor vehicle report
Nice To Haves
- 3 years in sales and finance
Responsibilities
- Lead all of your teams with a professional management style that promotes enthusiasm, productivity, accountability, and superior guest-service
- Continually optimize profits through utilizing aggressive KPI management and accountability
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through great service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) in an appropriate professional manner, asking for assistance when in need
- Be a shining example of great culture, motivation, and high performance
- Sale of all back-end products
- Procure financing for our customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and employees
- Keep all CIT’s under 10 days
- Cultivate and create relationships with lending sources
- Meet Finance Manager and Store Manager expectations
- Maximize all back-end products
