About The Position

As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will command the showroom's momentum, driving unit volume, gross profit, and the execution of every sales initiative. You will own the sales operation end-to-end, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, motivating, counseling, and evaluating a high-performing team. You will also set monthly/annual objectives for units, gross, expenses, and operating profit, monitor productivity and performance trends, secure new and used inventory, administer factory programs, coordinate merchandising and vehicle promotion, build campaigns from market insights and sales reports, partner with other departments, and manage spend to plan. Your day will involve reviewing reports, pressure-testing plans, and keeping priorities sharp as the showroom pace rises. Expect constant rhythm shifts, from urgent inventory decisions and factory-program updates to merchandising tweaks and fast alignments with partner departments to ensure the entire store stays in sync. By day's end, you will know exactly where you gained ground, where to adjust, and what to ignite tomorrow.
