About The Position

As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will command the showroom’s momentum—driving unit volume, gross profit, and crisp execution of every sales initiative. You’ll own the sales operation end-to-end: recruit, hire, coach, motivate, counsel, and evaluate a high-performing team; set monthly/annual objectives for units, gross, expenses, and operating profit; monitor productivity and performance trends; secure new and used inventory; administer factory programs; coordinate merchandising and vehicle promotion; build campaigns from market insights and sales reports; partner tightly with other departments; and manage spend to plan. Your day starts with a pulse-check on the floor—yesterday’s numbers, today’s opportunities, and the energy you want customers to feel the moment they walk in. You’ll move between quick touchpoints and focused blocks of work: reviewing reports, pressure-testing plans, and keeping priorities razor-sharp as the showroom pace rises. Expect constant rhythm shifts—an urgent inventory decision, a factory-program update, a merchandising tweak, then a fast alignment with partner departments so the entire store stays in sync. By day’s end, you’ll know exactly where you gained ground, where to adjust, and what to ignite tomorrow—because this Automotive Sales Manager role runs on momentum.
