About The Position

Berman STAR Nissan/Infiniti is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team! The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in automotive sales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive sales
  • At least 1 year in a management or leadership role within a dealership
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and resolving customer concerns promptly
  • Ensure the sales department operates efficiently and meets dealership goals and KPIs
  • Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies as needed
  • Foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative sales environment
