Requirements

• At least 3 years of automotive sales or finance management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Results-driven, with high energy and motivation.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Used car buying or appraising experience.
• OEM certifications.
• College degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
