About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is actively seeking experienced Automotive Sales Managers / Desk Managers to join our expanding leadership team. The role involves leading a high-performing team, driving results through effective sales strategies, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, structuring deals, overseeing compliance, maximizing profitability, and collaborating with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience
• Dealership Experience Required
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• College degree a plus
• Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
• OEM certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Drive results through effective sales strategies and accountability
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Structure deals and oversee paperwork and compliance
• Maximize profitability on every transaction
• Assist with finance operations as needed
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals
