About The Position

Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join their award-winning team. In this role, you are more than a salesperson. You are a product expert and a brand ambassador. You will guide customers through one of the most important purchases of their lives by providing expert knowledge, transparent communication, and world-class service. Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Must be available to work Saturdays

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred
  • Bilingual ability is a significant plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, assess their specific needs, and guide them toward the vehicle that fits their lifestyle
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the vehicle lineup to educate customers on features, tech, and safety
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Build and maintain a personal book of business through consistent follow-up, lead generation, and referral networking
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including credit applications, transaction paperwork, and digital communications
