Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie is currently seeking Sales Consultants to join their expanding team. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success. Individuals from various backgrounds, including food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, real estate, recent college graduates, or military veterans, have successfully transitioned into automobile sales.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person who's motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
  • Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
