About The Position
Gerald Kia of North Aurora is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English to join our sales team. Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. If you are bilingual, enjoy working with people, have a strong work ethic, and are motivated by the opportunity to build a career with excellent earning potential, we want to hear from you. We provide the training, tools, inventory, and support you need to succeed.
Requirements
- Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and motivated
- Comfortable communicating with customers in person, over the phone, through text, and by email
- Willing to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Experience using a CRM or other customer management system
- Candidates with experience in retail, wireless sales, hospitality, restaurants, real estate, customer service, or other sales-driven environments are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases
- Respond to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, text, and email
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Prospect for new business and develop your own customer base
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM
- Stay current on Kia products, technology, incentives, and competitive vehicles
- Complete required product training and certifications
- Work closely with sales management to achieve individual and dealership goals
- Maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction and sales performance
