About The Position

The C. Harper Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at CDJR of Connellsville. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to develop strong client relationships and provide tailored product solutions that align with customers' needs and expectations. You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while contributing to the dealership's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships to develop a loyal clientele.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.
• Continuously develop expertise in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technologies.
• Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Maintain contact with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, consistently achieving sales targets.
• Conduct all business activities in an ethical and professional manner.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.
• Maintain a professional appearance as per dealership policies.
• Bring a positive attitude and energy to the team every day.
