About The Position

Martin Automotive Group is hiring multiple Automotive Sales Consultants for its Kia of Beavercreek dealership. The role involves responding to internet leads, setting appointments for vehicle demonstrations, providing customers with product information, and handling showroom floor sales and walk-ins. The position includes paid brand-certified training and offers weekly pay, an hourly draw plus commissions and bonuses, and the opportunity to earn $60,000–$90,000 annually. Sales consultants who sell 200 new or used vehicles in a calendar year are eligible for the President’s Club, which includes an invitation to the annual awards banquet, recognition, a check based on tenure with the organization, and a company demo vehicle for one year.

Requirements

• Automotive industry sales experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming internet email and phone leads.
• Work with internet leads to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources.
• Conduct floor sales and assist walk-in customers.
• Work toward sales quotas and goals.
