About The Position

Levittown Ford, part of the VIP Automotive Group, is actively hiring Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants to join our fast-paced, high-volume dealership. This is a high earning potential role with paid training, perfect for motivated individuals looking to break into automotive sales, retail sales, or customer-facing careers. Requirements

• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a world-class dealership experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicles
• Demonstrate vehicle features through test drives
• Present pricing, financing, and leasing options
• Negotiate and close sales professionally and ethically
• Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom visits
• Maintain knowledge of pre-owned inventory and vehicle features
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business
• Complete all sales paperwork accurately
• Work with finance and service teams for seamless delivery
