About The Position

DCD Automotive Holdings is looking to hire a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative. This role involves selling and leasing new and used vehicles at one of our automobile dealerships. The ideal candidate is ethical, honest, enjoys meeting new people, and excels at making personal connections. You will be responsible for greeting customers, explaining vehicle features and benefits, discussing financing and leasing options, preparing and submitting paperwork, getting sold vehicles ready for delivery, and following up with prospects. You will also be expected to maintain knowledge of the automotive industry and meet or exceed sales management standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Basic computer skills
Ability to quickly learn and remember federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales
Ability to understand equity and values, as well as explain depreciation to customers
Sales ability
