Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
Build relationships through exceptional customer service
Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
Present financing, protection products, and trade values alongside our management team
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
Deliver an outstanding purchase experience that earns lifelong customers and 5-star reviews
Continuously improve through daily training and coaching
