Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Basic computer skills
Ability to quickly learn and remember federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
Ability to understand equity and values, as well as explain depreciation to customers
1-2 years sales experience required
Customer-oriented
Professional in appearance and demeanor
Goal-oriented team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

2+ years sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

Sell and lease new and used vehicles.
Greet customers entering the dealership showroom or lot.
Explain the features and benefits of each vehicle, as well as financing and leasing alternatives.
Listen to customers, solve problems, and find solutions to their needs.
Prepare and submit all paperwork properly.
Get sold vehicles ready for delivery.
Follow up with prospects.
Keep up vehicle and automobile industry knowledge.
Meet and exceed sales standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
