About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals to join their team as CAREgivers. The mission is to help seniors remain safely in their homes while aging with dignity, care, and compassion. The role involves building relationships and providing compassion that makes a lasting difference in clients' lives. The position offers support from a dedicated leadership team, valuable experience, and career growth opportunities. Experienced caregivers can participate in a mentoring program to support and guide new team members.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
• A genuine desire to help seniors age safely at home

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Support clients with errands, appointments, and medication reminders
• Assist with dementia and Alzheimer’s care
