About The Position

Sam Leman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Champaign is seeking motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join their growing Sales Team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, wireless sales, real estate, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Build lasting customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Develop product knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process
• Maintain customer follow-up to generate repeat and referral business
• Work closely with dealership management and other departments
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
