About The Position
Sam Leman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Peoria is seeking motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join their growing Sales Team. This role offers the opportunity to build a successful, high-earning career in automotive sales, with no prior automotive sales experience required. The company provides paid training, experienced leadership, and the necessary tools for success. The position involves helping customers find the right vehicle, building customer relationships, demonstrating vehicle features, conducting test drives, developing product knowledge, guiding customers through the purchase process, and maintaining customer follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, wireless sales, real estate, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Build lasting customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Develop product knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process
- Maintain customer follow-up to generate repeat and referral business
- Work closely with dealership management and other departments
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
