Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for vehicles. This role requires a knowledge of automotive products and services or a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and promote both new and pre-owned inventories.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on safety.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle selection, emphasizing model options, features, and value-added products.
Promote finance and purchase options in line with dealership policies.
Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring safety and compliance with traffic regulations.
Facilitate vehicle delivery by explaining operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation.
Stay informed about current vehicle models, accessories, promotions, and financing options.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.
Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
