We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and customer service who enjoy interacting with customers and providing product knowledge. You will assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs while promoting features, financing options, and add-on products.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
Strong customer service focus and commitment to safety
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to read and understand instructions

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain model options, features, and purchase or financing plans in accordance with dealership policies.
Conduct vehicle test drives, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety guidelines.
Facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining vehicle functions, warranty coverage, and servicing requirements.
Maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
Stay informed on all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotional offers.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
