About The Position

Pecheles Automotive's Sales Team is seeking motivated individuals for a career opportunity as an Automotive Sales Associate. This role offers an incredible, paid-training program and generous new hire bonuses. The pay plan is designed to honor your hours and reward your effort. This is a full-time career opportunity and cannot accommodate student schedules. Our Career Path Program prepares employees for advancement into Management, Finance, and Administration. Requirements

Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
Maintain professional attire and appearance
Valid Driver’s License
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
Meet sales and productivity goals
Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
