The role involves working in a state-of-the-art facility to help discerning customers find their perfect Bentley, build lasting relationships, and achieve strong earning potential. Requirements

• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a professional presence.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and modern sales technology.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends).

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive or luxury retail sales experience is a plus—but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a valuable advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide clients—both in the showroom and through digital channels—with a consultative, no-pressure approach.
• Uncover needs and match them to the right Bentley models, features, and options.
• Conduct polished walkarounds, test drives, and feature presentations.
• Collaborate with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless, white-glove buying experience.
• Build long-term relationships through consistent, professional follow-up that drives referrals and repeat business.
• Stay sharp on product knowledge, current inventory, and promotions.
• Help maintain a pristine presentation of our inventory and meet performance goals.
