Requirements

• 3+ years of proven automotive Finance/F&I management experience.
• Deep knowledge of financing, leasing, and protection products.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to move decisively in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of hitting performance goals while protecting the customer experience.
• Excellent organizational habits and a compliance-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Positive, professional energy that matches a luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team and clients to design financing and leasing solutions that fit their goals and lifestyle.
• Present protection products, extended service plans, and ancillary offerings with clarity and integrity.
• Structure deals for strong performance while staying fully compliant with all regulations.
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships for smooth, competitive approvals.
• Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly F&I goals.
• Deliver a seamless, high-touch closing experience that leaves clients impressed.
• Keep documentation precise, organized, and on time.
• Stay current on rates, programs, and industry shifts so our clients always get the best available options.
