Responsibilities

Build and nurture customer relationships to develop long-term clientele.
Use consultative selling skills and help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening to their responses.
Develop product and sales knowledge to become an authority on the vehicles.
Stay informed about product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to encourage successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and perform effectively in sales situations.
Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
Bring a positive attitude to work each day.
