Responsibilities
- Build enriching relationships with customers to develop lifelong clientele.
- Use consultative selling skills to help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully.
- Continuously develop product and sales knowledge, including knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and current technologies.
- Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to encourage successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and perform effectively in sales situations.
- Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
- Bring a positive attitude and strong effort to work each day.
