About The Position
Automotive Sales Associates- Future Team Leaders (55-100k) Eastern North Carolina is growing—and so is Pecheles Automotive! We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Sales Teams in Greenville. If you enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and learning about exciting new vehicles and technology, we'd love to meet you. Do not let sales scare you! You can make $10,000 selling 1 or 2 cars per week during training! You will benefit from a hands-on Sales Training program with a dedicated mentor to help you build the confidence and skills to succeed and grow your pay check! Our Career Path Program prepares team members to excel in sales while creating opportunities for advancement into leadership, management, finance, and administrative roles. Requirements
- Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
- Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
- Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain professional attire and appearance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
- Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
- Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
- Meet sales and productivity goals
- Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
- Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
- Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
