About The Position

Oakes Auto Group is looking for driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associates to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by performance and growth opportunities. You’ll work directly with customers, generate leads, and help create an exceptional dealership experience from first contact through delivery and follow-up. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a standard background check
  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to stay professional under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once

Responsibilities

  • Call, text, and email dealership-generated leads based on the customer’s preferred method of communication
  • Send professional video walkarounds and assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and buying process
  • Build long-term relationships through strong follow-up, customer service, and communication
  • Create social media content and help generate additional customer leads
  • Maintain CSI and sold customer follow-up to support long-term customer retention
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to achieve dealership sales goals
  • Learn vehicle product knowledge, dealership systems, and sales processes
  • Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and winning mindset every day
